Shift and Schedule: Initial training on 1st shift: 6:30a-3:00p. 1st and 2nd shift positions available once training is complete!

F&P Georgia is offering the opportunity to learn this trade skill and get paid while you do it! We are looking for Fast Paced individuals who, after training, can take the information that you have learned and make split second decisions on weld quality and repair any defects that does not meet quality specifications/standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspect robotic welding to ensure quality
• Repair of any weld issue that does not meet standards
• Additional quality checks as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work area throughout shift

Qualifications:

• Must be able to repetitively lift 65 pounds and easily maneuver around.
• Must have 20/20 vision. (Can be while wearing glasses.)
• Must understand and be willing to wear appropriate PPE to prevent extreme exposure to ultra-violet light.
• Must be aware of the sparks that are created while welding and have no issues with working under these conditions.
• Must understand that smoke and gases created when welding and be able to work in those conditions. *N95 masks or respirators can be provided, if requested.
• Must be able work side by side and simultaneously with a moving conveyer system.
