WHEN AND WHERE :

Immerse yourself in a full-time role, Monday to Friday. As the second shift, your schedule is flexible but starting between 1pm-3pm and ending 9pm-11pm .

The stage is set in Cheshire, CT-a town where professionalism and collaboration converge.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE :

Your mornings are dedicated to the meticulous scheduling of appointments, ensuring precision in our service delivery. But it doesn't stop there-proactive outreach is your forte.

Initiate scheduling for recurring services with finesse, showcasing your commitment to anticipating and meeting our customers' needs.

Fuel pricing inquiries become opportunities for you to shine, transforming potentially complex conversations into smooth, reassuring dialogues.

Picture your day as a blend of connection, adept problem-solving, and the satisfaction of being the orchestrator of our customers' contentment.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn software

Preferred :

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, fuel, or propane
