We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to help in the cannabis production environment. Previous cannabis experience is not required. The most important characteristics to us are reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong team mentality. Our team is like a family and we highly value employee satisfaction and happiness. Initially, this will be an hourly role ($18/hour) with the potential to become a full-time team member. The standard work week is 8 hours, M-F, with possible scheduling flexibility, dependent on work volume.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to remain compliant under a rigid regulatory framework
• Quality assurance and packaging of retail cannabis products with an attention to detail and high quality standards
• Helping to assure quality through execution of standardized quality control procedures
• Assisting with the management of inventory control
• Recording production metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Bringing your personal insight to work every day. You're part of the team and your voice will be heard.

Qualifications

• Previous cannabis production experience not required
• Proficiency with detailed manual work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and efficiency
• Proven history of reliability
• 21 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
