Ez Rampz Mobility Solutions is Hiring a Customer Care Specialist Near Roanoke, VA

Responsibilities include:

  • Contact, follow up on, and document progress on leads generated by marketing campaigns, manufacturer referrals, and referral sources.
  • Ensure all lead and customer data is captured and entered accurately into our systems
  • Mapping and scheduling evaluations for the sales team
  • Answering phones and greeting people in our showroom
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and properly submitted

Skills we'd like you to have:

  • Proficiency in the use of software such as MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks as well as ability to learn new software
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
  • Good written communication skills

Education and Experience

  • Customer Service: 1 Year (preferred)

Work Environment

  • Working hours will be spent in the office
  • Standard 40-hour day shift workweek applies

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
