Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure excellent customer service.
• Answer multi line phone
• Pre-test patients prior to their examination for the doctor.
• Present and verify accuracy of all patient paperwork.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Print and/or Scan patient records.
• Call|Text customers for product waiting to be dispensed.
• Assist in dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers.
• Knowledge of working with Excel program.
• Maintain neat and orderly front desk and waiting room.
• Maintain appropriate professional relations.
• Perform such other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Spanish speaking is a requirement for this office location

No optical experience required

Minimum of 2 years sales, retail or medical experience is required

We train new staff how to properly perform all duties'
