Job Responsibilities

• Excellent sales and communication skills to assist patients with selecting the proper ophthalmic frame and lens selection
• Work with patients in adjusting and repairing eyeglasses
• Submitting glasses orders in a timely manner and following up with orders
• Excellent customer service skills to include the handling of unsatisfied or disgruntled patients
• Scheduling follow up appointments
