We are looking for an exemplary, customer-focused individual to join the front desk receptionist team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and will be able to efficiently answer telephones and greet customers in a professional manner. In addition to answering phones and directing callers, the successful candidate will also be responsible for handling paperwork, scheduling appointments and taking care of other general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all patients
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Update patient information and verify insurance
• Collect Co-pays and past due balances
• Other administrative duties as assigned
