The Director, Tool Install to be located in Albany, NY, Plano, TX or Chandler, AZ is responsible for collaborating with the Regional Business Unit VP to develop the overall strategy for US tool install programs, aligned with global ATF strategies, for business development and client relations, and for leading this specialized team for execution and delivery for tool install design and construction projects in the United States. • Serve as Project Director on all tool install Design and Design/Build projects across the region
• Lead, manage and develop a growing Tool Install organization in the US to serve our Clients' needs across the region. Identify and develop Project Managers and future talent internally to foster growth and continuous improvement in the Tool Install organization
• Work with ATF GBU and RBU leadership to develop and execute strategy and business planning for the execution of a profitable and growing Tool Install program
• Coordinate and collaborate with the US Design Operations group on all non-construction project work in the US. It is imperative that the Design/Build and Design only projects share resources and integrate processes, procedures and staff when and where needed
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Manager and delivery teams for project planning and implementation with internal/external delivery departments and resources, oversee development scope of work documentation, budgets and schedules
• Work with Client and Exyte Project Manager to determine the most effective strategy for the project
• Provide senior oversight, mentoring and engagement for Project Managers in the selection and negotiation of sub-contractors.
• Responsible for coordinating with internal marketing, operations and accounting teams
• Provides leadership and coordinates with the preconstruction team, estimating, procurement, on the development of all RFP documents required for Tool Install bid tendering
• Adopts and promotes the Exyte commitment to always provide a safe workplace that strives for an Incident and Injury Free environment where everyone goes home safe every day
• Ensures company safety policies and the Site Specific Plans are proactively communicated and consistently enforced on all projects

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required
• 10 years of experience
• Prior experience managing and leading large tool-install design/build projects
• Prior experience working with Global Clients
• Prior experience in working in multiple regions
• Prior experience in the Construction and/or Engineering industry
• Prior sales experience
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
