The NeuRoads Program Manager assists in implementing program and company goals in the areas of participant’s outcomes, staff development, and maintenance/vehicle issues. Familiar with overall goals and objectives of the program and the agency in the areas of human resource issues, operations and management, and admissions. Assures that the Clinical Director is informed of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the program. In consultation with the HR Director/team and Clinical Director will hire, supervise, evaluate and terminate staff in accordance with Personnel Policies and Procedures and EEO/AA, and DOL regulations. Will supervise NeuRoads Rehabilitation Technicians in providing assistance and training to participants with acquired brain injuries in a residential setting.

Hours: Generally Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm but could include some evenings and weekends.
