KEY DELIVERABLES
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
Help to build, design, and draw up prefab assemblies.
Works to identify prefab opportunities for each project.
Review drawings with Detailing II for opportunities and efficiency.
Orders material and arranged delivery to correct locations.
Work with suppliers when appropriate to have them assist with kitting process.
Teaching Journeyman and apprentices our prefab culture.
Participate in job walks as requested and provide complete and accurate information.
Participate in estimate preparation activities as requested.
Participate in the review of project estimates as requested.
Provide on-site coaching and training for field crews and field leadership on company and industry best practices, standards, and requirements (i.e. NEC, NFPA 70E, company policies, and procedures).
Provide training to foreman and assist in the evaluation of project progress for analysis and reporting.
Identifies and solves constructability and code issues at the prefab level and in the field as needed.
Ensure all company and project-specific quality control standards are adhered to.
PROFITABILITY:
Review drawings of new projects with the foreman and superintendent to identify beneficial methods and processes to improve profitability.
Find new and innovative ways and methods to support the field via prefab.
Demonstrates the ability to make positive project outcomes measured in cost savings, labor efficiency, and quality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Five years of related experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the electrical construction trade and the National Electrical Code (NEC) is required.
The ability to read and interpret drawings is required.
Strong computer proficiency and trouble-shooting skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Good interpersonal skills along with effective oral and written communication skills.
Able to work without direct supervision.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality.
Ability to consistently track and record his/her work.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and work within scheduled deadlines.
Tactful in their dealings with people using good customer service and interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with coworkers and managers.
