Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as the ability to fabricate and weld when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Strong knowledge of schematics and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in fabricating and welding components
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $19.59 - $23.60 per hour
