**What you will do:**

As the **(RD) Registered Dietitian**, you are responsible for assessing the nutritional care of each resident/patient in the center. You will advise the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on the nutritional status of residents including lab value interpretation, nutritional intake, consumption patterns, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Must haves:**

* Registered Dietician License

* 3-5 years experience in acute or long-term care environment

* Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations (federal/state/local) as they pertain to dietary field, including interpretation and implementation

* Excellent knowledge of the aging process and physical, psychosocial and social needs of the long term care resident population with regard to nutrition.
