Job Overview:

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at our prestigious hotel. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as needed.

Skills:

- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software for reservations and check-ins.
- Proficient in night audit procedures.
- Exceptional phone etiquette.
