Job Description:
HCS Home Care is seeking certified home health aides (HHA) who can provide quality care and comfort to our patients so they can remain at home. A smile, friendly face and gracious attitude, in addition to the highest level of quality care, can bring them peace of mind with the dignity they deserve.
At HCS Home Care:

Requirements / Documents Needed:
Valid HHA certificate
Physical (cannot be older than 6 months)
Drug screen (cannot be older than 6 months.
PPD – If PPD Positive, then Negative Chest X-Ray or Quantiferon is required
Rubella & Rubeola Titers
Two (2) typed references
Social security card
Valid ID (NY State ID / Passport / Resident Card)
