RECEPTIONIST PART TIME

4 : 30pm - 8 : 30pm Monday - Friday

IMMEDIATE OPENING

We are searching for a part-time Receptionist to be our VP of first impressions! The perfect candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced office setting while exhibiting a positive and professional attitude.

As Receptionist, you will :

• Promptly and professionally answer multi-line phone system.
• Screen and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Greet visitors and residents with a smile and positive attitude.
• Distribute facility mail.
• Provide clerical support to other departments as necessary.

Receptionist Requirements :

• 1-2 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills.
• Multi-tasking skills.
