RECEPTIONIST – PART TIME 

8a - 440p Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

IMMEDIATE OPENING

We are searching for a part-time Receptionist to be our “VP of first impressions!” The perfect candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced office setting while exhibiting a positive and professional attitude.

As Receptionist, you will:

·Promptly and professionally answer multi-line phone system.

·Screen and route calls to appropriate departments.

·Greet visitors and residents with a smile and positive attitude.

·Distribute facility mail.

·Provide clerical support to other departments as necessary.

Receptionist Requirements:

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills.
• Multi-tasking skills.
