Exquisite Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Alexandria, VA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk of our dental office.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments using Softdent
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with dental administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

- Experience in patient service within a dental office setting
- Proficiency with Softdent, e-claims submission, dental terminology
- Knowledge of dental office administrative procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
