Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Will be paid COMMISSION‼

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to effectively promote and sell products
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in wireless sales or jewelry sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
