Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Manage inbound customer communications
  • Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions and requests
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Quoting procedures
  • Filing paperwork
  • New patient registration
  • Inputting insurance
  • Verifying insurance coverage with courier

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2-3 years experience in a dental office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
