We're excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator at Ashby Park Pediatric Dentistry in Greenville! In this role, you'll oversee all front office operations, ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians receive top-notch service and attention.
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental setting with direct customer service preferred.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Customer service-oriented, maintaining a pleasant demeanor in all interactions.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking.
- Strong PC skills and adaptability to new programs as needed.
