- 2 years of administrative experience; data entry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent customer care and focus

- Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Process paperwork and interface with computer programs
- Make calls to third party trucking companies to schedule same day loads
- Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and report them to supervisors as needed
- Identify ways to improve data collection processes, including the design of forms and templates for data entry
- Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
- Interact with leadership daily
- Perform other tasks as assigned
