Gutter Installer Requirements:

• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders throughout the day
• Ability to take accurate measurements
• Basic math skills
• Team player attitude willing to pitch in for group success
• Courteous demeanor
• Quality focused and willing to learn
• Construction, roofing, or siding background helpful but not required
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop
• Dependable, reliable, and good work ethic

Gutter Installer Duties:

• Inspect, repair, remove damaged gutters
• Measure, cut, join, and install gutters on client homes
• Interact with customers as needed in a professional and courteous way
• Deescalate and problem solve customer issues and escalate to lead/management as needed
• Load and unload supplies and tools
• Clean up debris and leave the customer home neat and tidy
• Follow safety protocols
