Job Description – Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
Hours:
Monday thru Friday
7:30am – 4:30pm
Skills & Qualifications:
Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
Two to four years of relevant experience as a CSR
Exceptional communication skills
A friendly and outgoing personality
Good keyboard skills
Working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Working knowledge of A/R and A/P
Duties & Responsibilities:
Order entry
Account support
Sales rep support
Consumer relations: email and phone
Troubleshoot customer problems
Process requests for return authorizations
Track customer shipments and obtain proof of delivery if necessary
