1st shift – Order Picker

Responsibilities:

Join our team at a medical supplies distribution center in Lenexa, KS, as an Order Picker. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and preparing orders for shipment.

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay: $720-$800 per week ($18-$20 per hour, 40 hours per week)

Schedule: 1st shift

Job Duties:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of picked items.
• Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily picking quotas.
• Organization: Maintain an organized and tidy picking area.
• Communication: Communicate any discrepancies or issues with the team.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Experience: Utilize at least 1 year of experience in order picking.

Qualifications:

• Order Picking Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in order picking.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for accurate order preparation.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that involve physical activity, including lifting and moving items.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team for overall order fulfillment success.
