expoIT, LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative- Full Time - Derry, NH (NOT REMOTE)

expoIT is a growing nationwide IT hardware, software, and services provider located in Southern New Hampshire. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our customer support/sales operations team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes by providing administrative and operational assistance to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, preparing and distributing quotes, and tracking orders
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely entry of sales orders
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of expoIT's products and services to effectively address client inquiries
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely entry of sales orders
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Capability to identify and address customer’s needs to ensure an outstanding experience on every interaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment supporting the rapid growth of our customer base
  • Be a self-motivated individual to meet & exceed goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to commute to the office in Derry, NH (No remote work available)

Unique Requirements

  • Extended hours are sometimes needed to complete some special projects (10%)
