Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk at the lodge at Crater Lake National Park. They are responsible for ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service and that all front desk staff are properly trained and performing their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the AGM of Lodging to ensure that all positions are filled and ensure the team is trained.
  • Ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service as well as handling all guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage room reservations and ensure that all bookings are accurate
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed 
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in a supervisory role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
