Foothills Endodontics is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Medford, OR

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent/office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This office is a specialty endodontic office. The position requires close and friendly relationships with referring office staff, mastery of office software, troubleshooting software with tech support, helping submit insurace claims and other duties.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts

Skills:

- Excellent guest relations skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and customer service practices
- Strong understanding of front desk operations
- Exceptional guest services abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- willingness to learn office systems/software and submit insurance claims

This is a small crew of self motived people. Compensation will be far above market for the right person. The singular skill that person will need is the right attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
