What you will be doing:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of the multi-dimensional platform, Marketing Technologies and Digital Customer Experience strategy.
• Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans and programs.
• Educate team members and stakeholders on department policies, processes, and procedures.
• Organize, map and prioritize projects across channels and products.
• Accountable for compiling quantitative and qualitative data across application tools.
• Own, create and manage program plans, timeline, and talent(s), and identify possible risks.
• Contribute to executive and stakeholder reporting.
• Actively identify, manage and raise risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
• Promote the digital customer experience vision and business goals.
• Find opportunities to embrace scalable innovative technologies and processes.

Experience you will need:

• 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in successfully navigating through complex software engineering and technologies with a focus on mobile and web.
• Organized, diligent, proactive and passionate about delivery.
• Experience understanding technology solutions at an enterprise-level.
