What you will be doing:

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches.
• Follow functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
• Work on escrow openings and closings.

Experience you will need:

• 1-2 years of escrow processing experience.
• Previous experience as a Financial Advisor is preferred.
• Must have experience with Adobe Connect (editing PDFs).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process.
