You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

We are looking for experts who are passionate about real estate and helping others! As an expert on the team you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home or sell their current home. You will be responsible for guiding the clients through the home buying and selling process. The #1 focus will be on customer service and communicating with your clients.

• Working with buyers.
• Working with sellers.
• Preparing Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) and listing presentations.
• Open houses.
• Weekly and daily communication with clients.
• Closings.
• Reviewing contracts.

Qualifications:

• Show a track record of real estate success
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
