Operations Manager for a Property Mgmt & Investment Company
The Operations Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Primarily defined as those duties and functions that do not require a real estate license and involve support or oversight of others. The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO / Broker of Record. This role will have 3 full-time and 4 part-time direct reports who work mostly remotely at this time. This is a full-time on-site position.

The duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Tracking and Measuring KPI’s
• Team Member Development
• Payroll Management
• Vendor Management
• Maintenance Management
• Inspection Management
• Move In / Move Out Processes
• Facilitating Team Meetings
• Financial Oversightof the Company

• Experience in a Team Environment is a Must Have
• Experience in Process Documentation is a Must Have
• Experience in a Construction or Maintenance is a Plus
• Experience in Property Management is a Bonus
• Having a Real Estate License is Nice, but not required.
