Responsibilities:
Meet with potential customer and offer appropriate product and services
Build relationships and collaborate with homeowners on their home improvement
plans
Oversee all aspect of the project from start to finish:
Establish project timeline from initial sales to project close-out
Set expectations for Homeowners and construction crews
Hiring and onboarding construction crews
Quotes, Contracts, Change orders and all related paperwork
Project Budgeting
Payroll
Materials Acquisition
Services Acquisition
The ideal General Contractor Sales Consultant:
Sales and project management background
Ability to both sell and manage projects, work with homeowners and
construction crew
Want to enter in the construction and home renovation industry
Takes initiative, is responsive, and willing to learn and adapt
Have the ability to work collaboratively and independently
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Potential Earnings: $100,000 - $250,000
