Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, monitoring and reconciling accounts, and effectively managing collections. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Tagalog speaking preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices for products/services rendered.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and update customer information in the accounting system, QuickBooks.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on outstanding balances and collect deposits.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues affecting payment.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, payment, and account status in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
• Intermediate in Excel
• QuickBooks, data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
