Responsibilities:

- Meet with potential customer and offer appropriate products and services

- Build relationships and collaborate with homeowners on their home improvement

plans

- Oversee all aspect of the project from start to finish:

- Establish project timeline from initial sales to project close-out

- Set expectations for Homeowners and construction crews

- Quotes, Contracts, Change orders and all related paperwork

- Project Budgeting

- Materials Acquisition

- Services Acquisition

Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficient in sales techniques
- Experience in outside sales and business development
- Account management skills
- Knowledge of B2C sales and marketing
- Familiarity with technology sales
- Technical sales expertise is a plus
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (is a plus)
- Project management experience
- Valid driver's license

Potential Earnings: $100,000 - $250,000

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
