Job title : Brokerage Account Specialist
Experis is seeking a Brokerage Account Specialist to join our team to work with our leading financial services client for a contract role in St. Louis, MO .
Qualitied candidates must have an Active Series 7 license.

Responsibilities :
- Address brokerage complaints from client’s customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications :
- Active Series 7 license is a MUST. (or within 2-year window for reactivation)
- Previous brokerage operations experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
