Job Summary
We are looking for a research scientist to design, coordinate, execute, and monitor research studies that enable the development and evaluation of large language models (LLM). In this role, you will work with teams of Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, and others to design and execute research testing on how humans evaluate LLM features. You will combine broad skills in survey/experimental design, machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming. You will impact customer-facing experiences by delivering exciting oral, written, and visual presentations about our findings.
Key Qualifications
Education
Ph.D. or Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Psychology, Behavioral Science/Economics, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Social Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the below:
