This opportunity is 100% remote! Candidate MUST reside in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience responsible for facilitating the process for infrastructure and operation teams to establish and build vendor partnerships for labor purposes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Vendor Workstream Onboarding Process from beginning to end, including the following:

• Facilitate requirements gathering for vendor opportunities within infrastructure and operation organization
• Educate infrastructure and operation organizations on the process to establish a new workstream
• Work with Sourcing to ensure prompt completion of the SOW/CR
• Coordinate Transition Planning and OCM planning with Management
• Determine the technical/connectivity requirements required
• Ensure vendor resources are onboarded as planned and in a timely manner
• Build an excellent working relationship with Vendor administration teams to help facilitate timely completion of tasks
• Conduct Go See’s periodically of existing workstreams and document any issues/best practices learned
• Update Burndown and Forecast spreadsheets and charts
• Facilitate resolution of issues with IT control as well as technical teams as needed
• Lead weekly stand ups
• Create/Update process documentation
• Refine/Improve processes as team continues to evolve
