Familiarity with SFTP tools.Doing independent research, analyze, and present capabilities and alignment with current solutionExperience in cloud technologies (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud etc.)Managing the learning and development of new team membersIdentify and participate in continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection GuidelinesParticipate in business development activitiesExperience in insurance preferred but not mandatory. Must have experience working and building architecture/pipelines on AWS.Strong and in-depth understanding of Data Engineering Fundamentals Solid and in-depth knowledge of Cloud data management (AWS services)Experience with AWS technologies including AppSync, Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge.Solid experience of AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, KMS, SM etc.Knowledge of modern cloud native data warehouses i.e., AWS Redshift, Snowflake or Azure Synapse AnalyticsExperience implementing metadata solutions leveraging AWS non-relational data solutions such as ElasticCache and DynamoDB.Good knowledge of data base management and SQL, Informatica, Hadoop/Spark, and ETL tools.Ability to understand data models and identify ETL optimization opportunities.
