**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP

- Perform journal entries and account reconciliations

- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Proficiency in Quickbooks Premier

- Proficiency in factor relationships a plus

- Ability to perform journal entries accurately

- Familiarity with payroll processing

- Previous experience in a full charge bookkeeping role
