Job Summary:
Exira- Elk Horn- Kimballton Community School District is seeking a passionate and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and training athletes in the sport of volleyball. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and love for the game with aspiring athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for volleyball players of all skill levels
- Teach fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' technique, strategy, and teamwork
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance
- Organize and supervise team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Develop game plans and strategies for competitive matches
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games

Experience:
- Previous experience coaching volleyball at various levels (youth, high school, college, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of volleyball
- Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of other sports such as karate, basketball, swimming, judo, etc. is a plus
- Lifeguard or CPR certification is desirable
- Background in physical education or related field is advantageous
