Job Title: Customer Services Associate / Dorm - 29238

Position Type: Part Time – Regular

Shift: 11 am to 4 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm

Pay: $12/hr to $13/hrs

Special Requirement: Driving License

Job Summary: Providing superior service to every customer, every time, all while maintaining fast and efficient service to all customers for all postal functional areas

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Operate mailing and shipping & receiving

· Operate mail equipment, golf carts

· Order supplies and update employee lists

· Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers

· Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

· Provide courier & messenger services

· Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

· Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

· Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

· Take direction from supervisor or site manager

· participate in cross-training

· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

· Adhere to all safety procedures

· Perform other tasks as assigned

Key Skills:

· Must be able to drive a cargo van, golf carts and Transit Van

· Data Entry

· Customer Service

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED

Physical Requirements:

· Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments

Prior Helpful Experience May Include:

· Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience required

· Minimum 1 year Mailroom experience required

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay rate for this position starts at $12.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
