Title –Customer Service Associate

Position Type: Part time, Regular

Shift Time: (May Vary)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Valid DL
• Shipping & Receiving
• Operate mail equipment, golf carts
• Ordering supplies
• Updating employee lists
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels to customer’s
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Provide courier & messenger services
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, Mail, shipping and receiving environment
• Driving company van to make deliveries
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross-training
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Proficient with PC and windows
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to walk, sit, stand or sit for long periods (possibly entire shift)
• Ability to adhere to employee attendance policy Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay rate for this position starts at $13.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
