Full Time/Direct Hire

Monday - Friday Day Shift

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary:

This position is paramount to the success of this outline account. This is a 1-person courier position that picks-up the courier van every morning from a parking structure.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Drive to client locations
• Perform incoming/outgoing deliveries in Tucson
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Sort and deliver mail, small packages

Key Skills:

• Enter information daily into spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations
• Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed

Prior Helpful Experience: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Courier

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay range for this position starts at $16.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
