Job Summary:

As a Delivery Driver for Bailey’s Fabric and Supply, you will be an essential part of our logistics team, responsible for the timely and safe delivery of our products directly to our clients. This role is not just about driving; it's about ensuring a positive experience for our clients with every delivery. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled drivers but also committed to safety, customer service, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Product: Safely transport products from our warehouse to various client locations, ensuring timely delivery and that products arrive in perfect condition.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies during deliveries. Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks to ensure operational safety and reliability. Report any safety incidents or concerns immediately to management.
• Customer Service: Act as a representative of Bailey’s Fabric and Supply during deliveries, maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service at all times. Handle product handoff and documentation with care and courtesy.
• Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure optimal time management and customer satisfaction. Stay adaptable to changes or challenges that may arise during the delivery process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, routes, and any customer interactions or feedback. Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics coordinator promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a delivery role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Tucson and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
