Role: Trainer and Media Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance the IT brand and manage IT communications, including the monthly Technology News, notifications, and departmental intranet pages.
• Enhance the Firm's IT Technical Training Program by refining, monitoring, and creating user documentation, such as job aids, user guides, process documents, presentations, infographics, and other visual materials, for IT-related training and communications.
• Craft communication and training strategies for technology initiatives and implementations.
• Utilize specialized skills to monitor, enhance, and facilitate change management and training for process and workflow enhancements.
• Package IT solutions to improve their brand identity, user comprehension, and adoption.
• Design and conduct instructor-led training programs for both new and existing IT solutions.

• Degree relevant to the field and/or over three years of experience providing training, user guides, videos, or other learning materials to professionals in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent software.
• Proficient in Camtasia or equivalent software.
• Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and its associated applications.

• Familiarity with change management processes involved in product rollouts (e.g., ADKAR).
• Formal education in adult learning, instructional design, or UI/UX.
• Capability to develop intricate training modules incorporating if/then and skip logic using tools like Articulate StoryLine.
• Background in marketing and/or project management.
• Proficiency in using Jira.
• Previous experience in a legal or professional services firm.
• Recognized industry training and certifications.
