IMMEDIATE TEMP Vendor Management Administrator role available! We are currently representing a client in the residential property management industry, seeking a Vendor Management Administrator to join their team on a contractual basis. This role will last through the end of May.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation and monitoring of vendor setup and vendor compliance completeness.
• Assist in troubleshooting vendor issues in order to expedite compliance or payment.
• Effectively communicate with accounting staff and onsite associates on vendor updates and inquiries.
• Assist in updating property W9s.
• Maintain a working knowledge of company’s vendor compliance policy and procedures.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all property and corporate business units.
  • Responsible for bank positive pay and ACH exceptions for property and corporate accounts.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices using Yardi EFT system, and posting to correct accounting months.
  • Monitor Yardi EFT dashboard, research and resolve EFT payment discrepancies.
• Serve as backup for Yardi invoice scanning.
• Manage AP Inquiry mailbox and ensure prompt, accurate responses.
• Maintain a working knowledge of property accounting’s policy and procedures.
• Participate and review in the annual 1099 process; assist in mailing 1099s; handle IRS 1099 correspondence; assist in research, follow-up and questions as requested.
• Assist with collection and distribution of office mail.
• Participate in vendor system implementation projects.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ad hoc requests as assigned.
