IMMEDIATE Direct Hire Legal Billing Analytics and Project Coordinator position available! We are currently representing a law firm that handles the transactional, litigation and regulatory matters for clients in myriad industries including energy, financial services, real estate, retail and consumer products and technology. The organization is currently seeking a Legal Billing Analytics and Project Coordinator to join their team on a direct hire basis.
This Legal Billing Analytics and Project Coordinator coordinates all aspects of customer and project setup and billing; reviews, processes and posts customer bills to the financial management system; ensures that customer bills are processed timely and as directed by the engagement manager; performs audit of bills to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established billing policies; and coordinates the collection of accounts receivable, working with engagement managers and customers as needed.
To qualify for this role, the selected Legal Billing Analytics and Project Coordinator must have at least 3 years of experience in legal billing or related accounting activities required, including internships, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization. Familiarity with service-industry billing practices and procedures preferred.
