ExecuSource is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near TX, TX

ExecuSource has partnered with a sports entertainment company in Dallas, TX in search of an Administrative Coordinator (Food & Beverage).

This is a contract to potential permanent position with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Requiring 10% travel to venues.

Compensation : $22-$25 / hr. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to contribute to the success of our food and beverage operations.

What you get to do : Data Management :

Data Management :

  • Utilize various systems such as I-auditor and crunch time to generate reports and analyze data related to food and beverage operations.
  • Compile and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Document Management :

  • Assist in proofreading and editing documents related to food and beverage operations, including menus, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and guidelines.

Social Media Support :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support internal social media initiatives related to food and beverage offerings.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content to promote F&B events, specials, and promotions.

Logistics and Shipping :

  • Coordinate the shipping of items to various venues, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

File Formatting :

  • Format files and documents to be distributed to different teams, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Communication Management :

  • Manage the communication inbox, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Facilitate the transition to Pepsi by providing support and assistance, including answering questions and finding solutions.

What you need to succeed :

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various data management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
