I own a fast-growing Allstate Insurance business that sells insurance products to amazing customers. Yes, insurance, very sexy I know! I am looking for someone in the Pueblo, Colorado area OR remotely to join our team in a sales & business development role.
Do you LOVE talking on the phone, winning, and have incredible drive and commitment? Then you are what I am searching for. Top performers in this role have the ability to make $100,000 annually including benefits, it’s all up to you. You will be part of a team that pursues excellence and supports each other. You will be very well compensated and will have great opportunities for growth and professional and personal development.
The amazing thing is that we pay for educational resources, weekly trainings, and leads that are the recipe for you to succeed, we ain’t your daddy’s insurance agency!
It is very critical that you (1) LOVE to sell and talk on the phone (2) are proactive, (3) are disciplined and can stick to systems (4) truly care about people, and (5) have a positive/no-excuse attitude. Please do not apply if you cannot answer yes to all 5 (sorry for the super long list).
To start, this will be a full-time position beginning within two weeks of an accepted offer. Oh, and did I mention that we have an amazing team with no grouches?

What will you be doing?
· Presenting and selling company products & services to new and existing customers
· Prospecting and contacting new customers
· Hammering sales goals and targets and asking for more
· Refining marketing strategies to generate more new business
· Making jokes
· Setting up appointments to help customers protect their dreams
· Anything to help grow the team and business
Who you are?

- Have Colorado Property & Casualty licenses or Personal Lines License
- You write 20-30 policies now but need more leads! We provide amazing leads.
