Direct Support Professional Wanted

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Clay area with a man who requires assistance due to a physical disability. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. His interests include, but are not limited to wine making, gardening & hydroponics, technology, and cooking. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and general independence.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a driver's license are required.

Work hours include Wednesday 5:00 - 10:00 pm, Friday 5:00pm - 10:00 pm, every other Saturday 5:00 - 10:00 pm and Sundays 5:00 - 10:00 pm. Occasional back up and Holidays coverage needed. Flexibility to fill-in for other staff a plus.

The pay rate is $21.00 per hour. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
